To adjust the ph value in the formula AHA gel or toner lower(2.5-3.5) should use glycolic acid or Citric Acid Well, the difference between glycolic acid Citric Acid in terms of helping to adjust pH, what are the formulas and general properties? Thank you in advance

More Beta Glucan (Saccharomyces cerevisiae extract) when mixed in the recipe. Will it make the meat heavier or more sticky?

Hello
if you want to adjust the ph value in the formula AHA gel or toner lower (2.5-3.5) should use glycolic acid or Citric Acid Good
Both can be used but glycolic acid ผลัดเซลล์ผิว better than Citric Acid due to the size of the molecule. ผลัดเซลล์ผิว also use glycolic acid but if you only want to adjust the pH, use Citric Acid because it's much cheaper.
more Beta Glucan (Saccharomyces cerevisiae extract) when mixed in the formula Will it make the texture heavier or more sticky?
Using it at a normal rate (1-3%) does not result in a heavy or thick texture.
